Agile methods and practices don't promise to solve every problem but they do promise to establish a culture and environment where solutions emerge. This workshop will give you an understanding of the process required to build and launch products. We will cover the main principles of Agile development and cover the following topics:

• Where did Agile come from & the Agile manifesto

• Overview of Scrum and Kanban methodologies

• The autonomous team structure - mini-startups within a tech team

• Process and ceremonies that support the successful roll-out of products
