LEARN TURKISH AT TAALHUIS AMSTERDAM

The Turkish course schedule for the new year is now available on our website! Starting 12 January, you can begin or continue your Turkish language journey with Taalhuis, right in the heart of Amsterdam.

We offer Turkish courses for all A1 and A2 levels and levels B1.1, B1.2, and B1.4. Do you want to work on fluency? The A2+ conversation course may be what you're looking for.

FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED

In the Turkish lessons at Taalhuis Amsterdam, you will learn the Turkish language with the help of the book ‘Istanbul’, in a communicative method. There is a lot of attention to speaking skills. Our teachers speak in the target language as much as possible – even from the very beginning – and will encourage you to do the same yourself.

Of course, the teachers also bring (authentic) material such as songs to class, so you not only learn the language but also talk about Turkish food, culture, and traditions. As we say in Turkish:’Bir lisan bir insan, bin lisan bin insan’ (‘One language one person, a thousand languages a thousand people.’)

A2+ CONVERSATION

Do you already speak Turkish, know quite some vocabulary and grammar but would you like to work on your speaking skills and fluency? This conversation course will provide many speaking activities to put into practice everything you’ve learned on your way to level A2, without introducing new structures or verb tenses.
