“Love takes off the masks that we fear we cannot live without and know we cannot live within.” — James Baldwin
Do you ever notice how love feels natural in some moments… and surprisingly difficult in others?
Not only with others — but with yourself, with change, with uncertainty, with life not unfolding the way you hoped.
Many of us long to live from love more consistently, yet daily life keeps revealing where we close, defend, or lose connection. This is not a mistake — it is part of the learning.
This session is an invitation to explore love not as an ideal to reach, but as a path we grow into.
Love, in its deepest sense, is not something we create from effort alone.
It is the quiet presence that already holds us — the intimacy of being fully here with life as it unfolds. Beneath our habits of protection and striving, there is a natural openness that recognises itself in everything. Learning how to love is not about becoming someone new, but about softening into what has always been true — allowing the heart to belong to life rather than stand apart from it.
Together we will look at how life itself becomes a teacher — showing us where the heart contracts and how we can gently return to openness, honesty, and presence.
This is not about becoming endlessly kind or spiritually perfect.
It is about recognising that love deepens through practice, sincerity, and a willingness to meet what is here — even when it feels uncomfortable or unfinished.
What to Expect
• Gentle grounding and arriving together
• A short teaching on love as a living practice — not just a feeling
• Exploring what blocks openness in everyday life
• Honest reflection on how we respond when love feels difficult
• A guided meditation inviting devotion and presence
• Quiet integration time to let the experience settle
This session has a devotional and awakening tone — spacious, inward, and real.
There will be no breakout rooms and no pressure to share.
All inquiry remains personal and self-guided.
You may leave with:
• a deeper understanding of how love grows through real life
• greater honesty about where the heart closes — and how to soften
• a felt sense that love is something you can learn, gently and gradually
• renewed trust in life as a path of growth and awakening
Donation-based
I offer these 90-minute sessions on a donation basis so they remain accessible to all.
A €5+ minimum contribution is suggested — and if you’re able to give €15 or €20 or more, your generosity supports the continuation of these offerings and helps make them available to others.
Your presence is the greatest gift.
Thank you for being here.
You are warmly welcome — exactly as you are.
Sensitive souls, caretakers, seekers, and beginners alike.
