In this workshop we will explore a few dimensions of the potential and pitfalls of being a queer entrepreneur:
- (Business) life inside and outside the bubble
- (the cost of) queering capitalism
- Realising our unique value beyond DEI and creative services
This workshop will be all about thinking with our hands, so we will use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

What is LEGO® Serious Play®?
LEGO® Serious Play®? is a facilitated workshop method that uses LEGO® bricks as a tool for creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication. Developed by the LEGO® Group in the late 1990s, it’s based on the idea that building models with your hands can unlock deeper insights than talking alone. In a session, participants use LEGO® bricks to construct physical representations of their ideas, strategies, or challenges, then share the meaning behind their models. This hands-on, minds-on process helps teams explore complex issues, align perspectives, and generate innovative solutions, while encouraging equal participation from everyone in the group.
