The LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) method is a facilitated technique using LEGO bricks for strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication, turning abstract ideas into tangible 3D models to boost engagement, creativity, and shared understanding in business and teams, moving beyond typical brainstorming through a structured four-step process: posing a question, building models, sharing stories, and reflecting. During this workshop you have a first introduction with getting used to the materials and exploring it potential.
