LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method - Training Facilitator (SOLD OUT)

Bricks and Business is a Dutch Training and Educational Institute. The company started in 2008 and is nowadays driven forward by Marianne and Michel Cloosterman.Bricks and Business drives collaboration and innovation through creative and engaging methods. Amongst these the insights of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method stimulates collaboration and innovation between people.Michel is one out of forteen trainers of theAssociation of Master Trainers, the fastest growing network of LSP-facilitators in the World. He delivers training programs and works directly with his clients and works mostly in Europe.Besides working with LEGO SERIOUS PLAY, Bricks and Business combines great partnerships with deliveries on topics of Innovation, Design Thinking, Strategic Design, Cultural awareness through storyttelling and Leadership and Team CommunicationMichel Cloostermanhas a Master’s degree in both History and International Labour Studies and successfully finished a 2½ years business course on one of the leading Dutch business institutes. During his career as a HR Leader, coach and lecturer he focused on developing programs for leaders and middle management.Marianne takes care of all the backoffice activities, organizing the trainings, making sure that clients get the information needed and handling webshop activities.

Bricks and Business

This facilitator training program LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is the only original 4 day program, covering all the 7 techniques of the method. The training is executed by and according to the standards of the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method, founders and developers of the method. 
The objectives from the Association of Master Trainers’ facilitator training program are to provide the facilitator with the full set of skills, practice, theoretical background combined with the confidence and commitment necessary to successfully prepare and facilitate the workshops in a way that gives maximum value to the participants. The facilitators ability to first design the workshop and afterwards delivery the workshop is essential to achieve success with the methodology.
This training is organized by <A HREF="http://www.bricksandbusiness.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">BricksandBusiness</A> and will be done by the Association LEGO SERIOUS PLAY trainer, <A HREF="http://seriousplay.training/?page_id=681" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Michel Cloosterman.</A>  Taking part in the training by the Association means that you participate in the only training where experience all the 7 Techniques.  Participants also benefit from the fact that the original founders developed this training in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method . On top of that participants become part of the biggest and also fastest growing community of LSP - facilitators. As member of the Association Michel Cloosterman has both the experience in training new facilitators, as well as working with clients in workshops.
