LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method - Training Facilitator

The training program LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® meets the standards set by the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method. The objectives with the Association of Master Trainers’ facilitator training program are to provide the facilitator with the full set of skills, practice, theoretical background combined with the confidence and commitment necessary to successfully prepare and facilitate the workshops in a way that gives maximum value to the participants. The facilitators ability to first design the workshop and afterwards delivery the workshop is essential to achieve success with the methodology.
The groupsize will be a maximum of twelve participants.
The full program
The full program runs for four days, starting at 08.30 and ending at 17.30 each day except day 3, which concludes with a shared dinner followed by group work in the evening.
Day 1: Introduction of the core process of the method, key theories and design elements and practising application techniques.
Day 2: Working with the Real Time Strategy for the Enterprise application, which is a workshop designed for strategy and business development using the application techniques of the method.
Day 3: Completion of the Real Time Strategy for the Enterprise application, practising in your role as a facilitator, followed by group work where the groups design customized workshops using the core process and application techniques.
Day 4: Presentation of workshop designs followed by feedback. Working with the Real Time Strategy for the Team application, which is a workshop designed to unlock a team's potential.
