Did you know that every day for the rest of your life you will fall into a death-like coma for a few hours? Yes, we call it sleeping.
About this event
Do you have a job? A social life? A partner? Good grades? A fit body? 8 hours of sleep? Probably not all of them. Today’s society has the misconception that less sleep equals more. Roughly two-thirds of adults sleep less than 8 hours a day - the WHO speaks of a “global pandemic of sleeplessness”. Our teach-in offers an explorative experience of sleep, where you will be able to take a nap and learn about sleep on a global level. Together we can dream (of) the future!
