About this event

Join our Choux Pastry Science class!

This is not your regular choux pastry class. Instead, we'll be digging deep into the science behind choux pastry while we make it and wait for it to bake. We'll discuss the role of ingredients, some crucial process steps, and more.

Of course, we'll have plenty of time for questions.

Before the class, you will get a list of ingredients and tools you need to participate. Keep in mind that at the very least you need access to a stove and oven.

You can also decide to just watch, and make the choux pastry afterwards, that's up to you. You will receive a recording afterwards which you'll have access to for at least 30 days after the event.
