About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

What to Bring:A garment you feel emotionally “stuck” with—whether that’s due to disconnection, heaviness, or too many emotions as it is passed down through generations. Maybe it's something you've been meaning to let go of, but haven't quite found how.

What This Session Is About: Hosted as part of the Slow Fashion Movement, this online sharing circle offers a gentle space to explore the emotional layers of our clothing. Together, we will: 👕 Reflect on garments we feel emotionally stuck with—whether disconnected or overwhelmed by memories. 🌀 Share stories and explore mindful, creative ways to reconnect with them and how to integrate them into our daily life. ♻️ Co-create slow, spiritual, and practical ideas for rethinking how we reduce, reuse, and recycle what we already own.

We start and close with a short grounding meditation. In between, we dive into story-sharing, emotional check-ins, and community-based inspiration.

This session is also a great way to launch your Slow Fashion Season 2025 journey, which begins on 1 July. It's a 3-month global campaign to rethink your fashion habits, consume less, and connect more with what you already have.

Let’s pause, reflect, and reconnect—with each other, and with the clothes we wear.
