Why are you doing these online?

These sessions are just starting. I would love to move them to a physical location and have a social interaction at the end. For now, to get started, it happens online, which also ensures it is accessible to everybody.

Why are session in English?

My primary language is English. However, if there are no English speakers in attendance, I am happy to do it in Dutch

Do I need meditation experience?

Accepted Answer

No. The session is beginner-friendly and guided step by step. You just need a quiet spot and an open mind. Even if your mind is always racing, you can join (that is exactly what meditation is for).

Question 4

How do I prepare myself?

Accepted Answer

Make yourself comfortable, and ensure you are in a quiet space. You can sit, lie down, whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing. I ask that you turn your camera on and your microphone off during the meditation part.

Question 5

What if I am late?

Accepted Answer

You can join. But please do so without your microphone on.
