During this meetup, we’ll explore the new Liberating Structures Fieldbook: Flipping the Script on Meetings, Planning, and Progress together with its authors, Keith McCandless and Nancy White.

Over the past decade, Liberating Structures have been used by practitioners worldwide across organizations, communities, healthcare, education, and beyond. The new Fieldbook captures what has been learned along the way, introducing new structures, deeper insights into the principles behind the practice, and practical guidance for both online and in-person facilitation.

Keith and Nancy will share stories from the journey of creating the book, the ideas that shaped it, and what they believe matters most for people using Liberating Structures today. What has changed since the original book? Which practices have stood the test of time? And what new possibilities are emerging?
