These 33 simple microstructures help any group unlock the insights and contributions of everyone involved. In this hands-on meetup, you’ll experience how they bring energy, trust, and collective intelligence to life.

Topic of this meetup

During this meetup, we’ll explore Discovery and Action Dialogue. This Liberating Structure helps groups uncover practical solutions by discovering what already works and building on existing successes.

Rather than focusing on problems or expert advice, participants explore how people have already overcome similar challenges. Together, we’ll identify helpful practices, discover what makes them effective, and consider how they can be adapted to other situations. It’s a simple yet powerful way to surface practical wisdom that already exists within the group.

What to expect

• Practice the original "Discovery and Action Dialogue" steps.
• Try out different tweaks and variations.
• Learn how to combine it with other Liberating Structures.
• Exchange experiences, ideas, and insights with others.
• As a bonus, we'll use other LS to explore "Discovery and Action Dialogue".

Who should attend

This meetup is open to everyone — no prior experience is required. Whether you’re just discovering Liberating Structures or looking for new inspiration as a seasoned practitioner, you’re very welcome.
