These 33 simple microstructures help any group unlock the insights and contributions of everyone involved. In this hands-on meetup, you’ll experience how they bring energy, trust, and collective intelligence to life.

During this meetup, we’ll explore Troika Consulting. This Liberating Structure helps people tap into the collective intelligence of a small group to tackle real challenges.

One person shares a concrete question or challenge they’re facing. The others act as consultants, offering advice, ideas, and perspectives while the challenge owner listens without interrupting. After a few rounds, participants often walk away with practical insights and new angles they hadn’t considered before. It’s a structured yet lightweight way to get unstuck, using the experience in the room.

What to expect

• Practice the original Troika Consulting steps.
• Try out different tweaks and variations.
• Learn how to combine it with other Liberating Structures.
• Exchange experiences, ideas, and insights with others.
• As a bonus, we'll use other LS to explore Troika Consulting.

This meetup is open to everyone — no prior experience is required. Whether you’re just discovering Liberating Structures or looking for new inspiration as a seasoned practitioner, you’re very welcome.
