Linocut Printing Workshop

This hands-on workshop introduces the basics of linocut printmaking in a relaxed and creative environment.

Participants will design, carve, and print their own unique patterns using traditional linocut techniques. In the second part of the workshop, these prints will be applied onto tea towels (theedoek), turning your design into a functional and personal art piece.

The focus is on process, creativity, and experimentation — no prior experience is needed.

During the workshop you will:
• Learn basic linocut carving techniques
• Design your own print pattern
• Create and print your artwork
• Apply your design onto a tea towel
