This workshop is ideal for parents and caregivers of babies from birth to 18 months, as this is the prime window for foundational motor skill development and free movement exploration. However, the principles discussed can benefit babies of all age

Do I need any special equipment?

Accepted Answer

No special equipment is required. We’ll discuss how to use everyday household items to create a safe, stimulating environment for your baby.

Question 3

Is this workshop only for first-time moms?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! All moms (and caregivers) are welcome, whether you’re new to parenting or looking to deepen your understanding of baby development.

Where is the practice?

Accepted Answer

5 minutes on foot from Olympiaplein (Tram 24).
5 minutes from the A10 highway exit (“Amsterdam Oud-Zuid, parking Olympiaplein”).
The practice is located at the end of a small pedestrian alley at Hygiëastraat 8. It is easily accessible via Stadionweg 278.
