About this workshop: Feeling overwhelmed or like you're losing yourself while living abroad? You’re not alone! Join this playful and powerful mental health workshop designed for internationals who have moved to Germany. In this workshop, you'll learn simple, therapeutic techniques to cope with emotional overwhelm. Talking Distance’s mental health professionals will offer a supportive space to reconnect with your sense of self, find humour in your struggles and be more compassionate with yourself. Workshop attendees will also get some take-home exercises, self-help activity materials and early access to Talking Distance’s upcoming webinar. So if you’re feeling lost, stuck, or overly self-critical while building a life in a new country, then this session is perfect for you. Talking Distance emerged from the realisation that the best therapy happens when you don't have to explain the basics of your multicultural existence. They offer personal, couple and group therapy, professional supervision, self-paced courses, and social impact initiatives that speak your cultural language.
