Here’s a glimpse of what we do: <ul><li>Meditative Practices: We begin with guided meditations that are perfect for everyone—whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years.</li><li>Reflective Conversations: Each week, we explore different life topics together, offering fresh insights and a chance to see things from a new perspective.</li><li>Open Conversation: Feel free to share your thoughts, ask questions, and listen to the experiences of others in our supportive community.</li><li>Communal Bonding: We end our time together with tea and snacks, creating a relaxed environment to get to know one another better.</li></ul> So come as you are and wear something comfortable.
