We are back in town again, for a new series of film-discussion evenings!
Save the dates for our upcoming screenings:
26th September, 24th October and 28th November.
In the first one (Friday 26th Sept), we will be showing a beautiful film from Bhutan, which was even nominated for an Oscar in 2022: “Lunana: A Yak in the Classroom”.
As the 80’s band ‘The Clash’ once asked: Should I stay or should I go?
If we are here now, it is because most of us decided to go. There is a reason why we decided to move away - and somehow we ended up in Groningen.
Lunana reflects on our life goals, our decisions to move forward, the meaning of success and choosing your own life destiny… while, unexpected life twists may challenge our plans and the reasons why we follow them.
It is not just about the place or the work and career that we follow, but more important are the motives and the values we are based on: what are we looking for? What makes you happy? What moves you?
Come and join us to discover this beautiful movie and, if you like, to share jour life journey.
Free entrance!
Getting a ticket here is not necessary, you can also just come along.
Friday 26th September 19.30h
We meet in the SKLO building (Kraneweg 33, Groningen) - first floor (upstairs, room 13).
Open doors from 19h.
