You’ve seen this type of businessperson before. Every time you turn around, they're onto a new venture - another startup, another bold idea, another innovation - each one taken on with skill and a sense of purpose.

These are founders who don’t stop at one success (or failure), but continue to build, create, and reimagine.Serial entrepreneurs have a unique instinct for spotting untapped opportunities. They’re driven by the thrill of building something from the ground up, not just by profit. They embrace uncertainty and risk and see each new venture as a learning experience. So, how do they do it? What makes them tick? Let's ask one!

In this session, you’ll hear from Karl McGoldrick, serial entrepreneur and owner of INNFLECT, a startup & scale-up development company. You'll get insights into his motivation as a serial entrepreneur, how he decides which ideas are worth pursuing, lessons he’s learned from ventures that didn’t go as planned, and more. Whether you’re on your first startup or your third, you’ll leave with a sharper understanding of what it really takes to keep building, again and again.
