Do you want to better understand how the climate crisis impacts Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)? Join us for an insightful lecture that brings together these topics through the lived experiences of women and girls in the MENA region!

Muna Alhammadi, a feminist activist from Yemen, will present about the intersection of climate change and the impacts on Women’s and Girls’ Sexual and Reproductive Health in Yemen from recent studies that explore the impacts of the climate crisis, such as rising temperatures, droughts and extreme rainfall on women and girls their SRHR.

Muna will share key insights from the ground and offer recommendations to improve the response to the climate crisis and its impacts on SRHR for women and girls in Yemen. She is deeply engaged in the Women & Gender Constituency and actively following the international climate negotiations.
