A POP-UP BY SUO RICE NOODLE BAR - four courses of Chinese comfort with a Changsha accent
On 27 September, Suo brings four Changsha classics to NOR: hot relu, peppery sticky-rice shaomai, your choice of rice noodles and a warm dessert of sweet fermented rice and osmanthus.
