Guided Mandala painting to focus on inner centering rather than technical drawing skills.
Mandalas are circular forms rooted in many cultural traditions, often created as a way to slow down, focus, and find rhythm through drawing. In this guided sessiontoether we shall explore the repetitive and rhythmic process of creating a mandala. You will learn the basics of mandala art, patterns and symmetry and paint your very own mandala.
Mandala painting is a meditative practice focused on inner centering rather than technical drawing skill or artistic perfection. It does not require you to have any prior drawing experience. We’ll work at the table, take our time, and let the process unfold naturally.
