Are you an early career researcher who contributes to Open Science and believe recognition for such work should improve?
Join us for this co-creation session focused on shaping how Recognition & Rewards (R&R) policy at TU Delft can better support the work of early career researchers in Open Science. These sessions are part of a NWO-funded initiative aimed at ensuring that work in Open Science is appropriately recognised and rewarded in academic evaluation, recruitment, and promotion processes.
In this session, we aim to bring the early career researchers to map the challenges, motivations, opportunities/practical strategies for Recognition & Rewards for Open Science.
Outcomes from this session will feed into policy recommendations that aim to integrate Open Science contributions into TU Delft’s recruitment, evaluation, and promotion criteria.
