About the Speaker

Karin Holley is a PCC certified leadership and mental fitness coach dedicated to helping leaders and entrepreneurs boost performance, wellbeing, and relationships. Drawing on her experience as a Third Culture Kid/Adult and life transitions, she blends coaching with meditation and breathwork practices. Karin lives in The Hague with her husband and teenage daughter, embracing the joys and challenges of an entrepreneurial mindset.

🛣️ Route: The best way to reach Frequency Work Lounger is by Tram and Bike. It is 190 meters from the Laan van ‘s-Gravenmade tram stop, which serves Tram 15 and Bus 30. Additionally, the location can be reached via 400 meters from Rijswijk, Broekpolder, which serves Tram 1.For bikers, Google Maps does a poor job of providing efficient directions. So we are sharing the most direct routes below.Bike parking is conveniently located next to the main entrance, with additional parking available to the left side of the building.
