Do I need to bring a problem every time?

No. Only two people are selected to enter the Hot Seat per session. Others participate by offering insight and intuitive perspectives. You’ll still learn from every session because the method sharpens your own decision-making. You will also gain valuable insights from others in attendance.

Is this therapy or business coaching?

Accepted Answer

Neither. It’s a structured mastermind designed to improve intuitive judgment, strategic thinking and clarity. There’s no emotional processing or coaching model — the focus is on decisions and insight.

Question 3

How much personal business details do I need to share when I'm in the hot seat?

Accepted Answer

Only as much as you’re comfortable with. The method works even with minimal context because the group responds to the structure, not your entire backstory.

Will I be put on the spot for the Hot Seat?

Accepted Answer

Only if you volunteer for the Hot Seat; otherwise, you participate by offering your insights from your perspective.

Question 5

Are the meditations and exercises  spiritual or based on the Law-Of-Attraction?

Accepted Answer

No. The meditation is simply a short grounding exercise to help everyone shift out of the busy day and into a clearer state of mind. There’s nothing spiritual, mystical or Law-of-Attraction related in the exercises. They’re practical and designed to support better decision-making and get insights.

What do I need to bring?

A notepad or other tool to take notes and water. Even if you can’t share your in-depth insights during the session, you can always share them with the person in the hot seat afterwards if they are interested.

When you’re in the hot seat, you present a strategic decision.
The group offers: key things they believe you need, what those things are, and what they would prioritise.
It’s concise, focused and time-bound, and you can ask for more in depth insight if something stands out.
