Me, We, Us: Crafting a Culture of Well-full-nes

A practical, reflective workshop helping leaders build well-full cultures through the Me, We, Us framework.

What would it look like to move beyond wellbeing as a “nice to have” and instead craft a culture of well-full-ness?In this interactive workshop, participants will explore how individual mindsets, team behaviours, and shared systems come together to shape cultures where people can genuinely thrive. Grounded in wellbeing science and leadership research, the session invites participants to reflect on their hopes for the year ahead, connect with others, and identify where wellbeing is already present in their context.Using Tal Ben-Sahar’s concept of being “well-ful” and a practical Me, We, Us framework, participants will consider small shifts and meaningful actions they can take now, alongside longer-term ideas for building more sustainable, supportive teams and communities. The session balances reflection, conversation, and practical tools, leaving participants with clear insights and next steps they can apply straight away.This workshop is ideal for leaders, educators, and teams looking to intentionally shape culture with clarity, purpose, and impact.
