Creativity slows down your heart rate and makes you feel good about yourself.In this workshop, I first give a quick introduction and some theory, before we do a guided meditation. Then, I nudge you into a writing exercise that will lead to some interesting questions and answers. Don&#x27;t worry, I give you clear instructions before your pen hits the paper, and before you know it, you are off! After the writing session, you can share your work and discuss it with the group.I teach you how to use writing to find inner peace and spark your joy for creativity. A new and exciting perspective to untangle your daily life&#x27;s challenges! I keep the group size small for an intimate and friendly vibe.
