Every Monday we will get together to have a guided meditation and share the connected meditation experience.

Every Monday we will get together to meditate and share the connected meditation experience. I’ll facilitate the space for people to meet, meditate together and share experiences that could be helpful.Whether you are an experienced meditator or just beginning, this is a space for everyone who wants to build a consistent meditation practice and exchange experieces with others.We’ll meditate for about 30min, after that is an optional part to discuss deep, reflective questions with other meditators in breakout rooms.Looking forward to seeing you there 🙏🏼
