    What is the duration and time commitment for the training?

    The training runs for 6 weeks, from September 14th to October 26th, 2025. Each week includes a 2-hour live call on Sundays (choose between two time slots depending on your timezone), plus 2 hours of pre-recorded video modules and materials, plus weekly homework assignments to practice your skills.

    Will I receive a certification after completing the training?

    Yes! Upon successful completion, you'll receive an accredited Meditation Teacher Certification. This certification is internationally acknowledged. Most other programs don’t offer certification, and even fewer are accredited.

    What if I’m not satisfied with the training?
