Not at all. This event is open to everyone — whether you’re completely new to meditation or have years of practice. You’ll be gently guided through the entire experience, and all you need to do is relax and be present.

Why are we invited to wear white?

Accepted Answer

White clothing symbolizes purity, presence, and light. It enhances the sense of unity and calm in the group field — but it's not mandatory. Wear what feels comfortable to you, and if you have white or light-toned clothes, it will gently support the ambiance.

Question 3

What does “The Dance of Yin & Yang” mean in this meditation?

Accepted Answer

Yin&Yang represent the two fundamental energies of life — the soft, receptive and the active, expressive. During the meditation, you’ll be guided to reconnect with both these aspects. This experience will help you  to gently harmonise these energies, leaving you more centered, whole and balanced.

What kind of music will be played?

Accepted Answer

The music is carefully curated to deepen the meditative experience. Most of the melodies come from Katja's latest album “The Sounds of Nature” — a collection of soulful, nature-inspired compositions. The gentle soundscape is selected specifically to support emotional release and inner calm.
