In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork and visualization to connect with your future self. The version of you who feels clear, aligned, and quietly confident about where they're headed.

Think less pressure, more curiosity. Less overthinking, more play.

After the inner journey, you'll bring your vision into the physical world by creating your Future Self Passport Card. Not a passport for places you’ve been, but for where you’re headed. Your dreams, your energy, your adventures.

Using collage, photos, and meaningful words, you’ll craft a small but powerful keepsake that reflects the life you’re stepping into.

This experience is reflective, creative, and whimsical. No meditation, breathwork, or artistic experience needed -- just come as you are.
