Bar "Ginscal" and the Catering "El Metate" got together to create this wonderful experience full of flavor and fun.

Sara and Alessandro creators of this new bar concept in Eindhoven; " Ginscal" offers a selection of more than 300 different gins and more than 100 Agave drinks. They have traveled to Mexico to bring the best mezcals that you will hardly find in Europe.

Marcela Rojas, Chef at El Metate, loves to present authentic Mexican flavors to the people in the Nederlands and offers alternatives for people with dietary restrictions. Marcela transforms and adapts traditional mexican recipes to vegan and veggie versions.
