Marcela Rojas, the chef from El Metate will guide you during these unique tasteful evenings.The fourth session will be about Tacos de Canasta. They are originally from Tlaxcala &amp; Mexico City. They are made with beans, potatoes, chicharrón and chorizo; They finish cooking in a Basket.
