Background:


Irregular migration continues, and Africa migrants constitute the greater number that goes through the Mediterranean route in search of greener pasture. This trend continues to attract increasing attention on policy, practice and politics across the EU and beyond. The conference will discuss the challenges of migration, motivations of victims, analysis of psychological and sociological implications on migrants, and suggest methods and strategies for promoting peace and sustainability.

The questions include, but not limited to, what is the relationship between sustainable development, peace and security? What are the implications of the international organization of the effectiveness of sustainable peace, security and development efforts by the international development agencies and bodies? Why is migration important to citizens of developing countries? What are the lives and irregular migrants or African origin in Europe? What can be done to promote effective border management for the achievement of sustainable peace, security and development in Africa and the world?
