Co-creating embodied spaces to support you to drop in, grow, and REMEMBER who you already are. Amsterdam and Europe based. Inspired by the ancient wisdom of  the Tao, The Way in harmony with (our own) Nature.Those full-hearted spaces and events are invitations, each one created by myself and often with other gifted facilitators/artists —  into the body, into deeper truth, into presence. Deeply inspired by the ancient wisdom and eastern lineages of Taoism, Plant Medicines, and Shamanic Temple Arts, I weave spaces that are ceremonial, alive, and deeply human. What I offer is born from lived and remembered experiences and held with humility, honesty, and care."I am not here to fix you or stand above you. I am simply here to walk beside you as you begin to remember who you already are." These are not just events, but a humble Way of Remembering what truly matters. We are back to Moychay again - our favourite tea club in Amsterdam 💚 on May 27 from 11-13 to share a meditative and relaxing journey through a mindful tea ceremony (Tian Guan Yin Oolong) and Handpan.For this mindful morning Tea Ceremony (‘Cha Dao’ 茶道, the way of nature through tea), Leila will present specially selected tea (Tie Guan Yin Oolong) for the Spring season and guide you through a tea meditation that cultivates mindful process and fluid flow in a harmonious atmosphere that brings us together and improves our taste bud and senses, health and soul. Tasty and healthy sweets will also be shared to pair with the tea to enhance the senses.Handpan tunes by DJ/musician Leela will create a peaceful yet grounding atmosphere throughout and after the tea ceremony, taking you on a journey.For especially those who seek to slow down your busy life and to be more present in the moments, this combination of Tea Ceremony, Morning Meditation and Handpan Concert will be a great way to set a relaxing tune for the day, and start a mindful weekend/week ahead.C﻿heck out our IG pages:@﻿LeilArts_TeaCeremony@﻿DJLeelaAmsterdam
