Toe aan een fikse dosis selfcare? Elke maand organiseer ik bij de Reloadclub een heerlijke middag om weer helemaal contact te staan met jezelf.

Om 13.00 uur begint de ademsessie en daarna kan je heerlijk tot rust komen in de sauna van de prachtige Reloadclub.

Tijdens deze ademwerksessie leer je bewust verbonden ademhalingstechnieken om te werken met fysieke, mentale, emotionele en energetische blokkades in het lichaam. Dit wordt een kleine groep (max. 8) zodat er voor iedereen voldoende ruimte en tijd is.

In dit werk kunnen we een duidelijker beeld krijgen van waar het niet stroomt. Je gaat ademen in plekken waar frustratie, verdriet, onmacht of zorgen in het lichaam vastzitten. Door een mix van ademhalingstechnieken, beweging, lichaamswerk en stemexpressie leer je hoe je al deze spanning en emoties door je heen kunt laten gaan en los kunt laten.

We ademen in de yogazaal van de Reload Club, een sauna en spa alleen voor vrouwen. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte om te ademen (meer dan 1,5 meter).

Parkeren op zondag is gratis

Matjes zijn aanwezig, maar je mag natuurlijk ook je eigen matje meenemen. Neem je eigen dekens mee!

Ik raad af deel te nemen aan ademwerksessies als je zwanger bent / cardiovasculaire problemen hebt / epilepsie hebt of ernstige mentale problemen hebt zoals ernstige angst of psychose. Als je vragen hebt, neem dan gerust contact met me op. Schroom niet, mail me op essa.bloem@gmail.com

Je ontvangt meteen een bevestiging via Eventbrite en de avond voor het event krijg je een mail belangrijke informatie over hoe je je kunt voorbereiden op de ademsessie.

Ben je ziek? Als je je voor de sessie afmeldt (zelfs op de ochtend zelf) via email (essa.bloem@gmail.com) dan kan je je ticket inruilen voor een andere groepssessie bij de Reloadclub. OF je kunt hem inruilen voor een privesessie met bijbetaling van 10 euro.

Ik doe dit om te voorkomen dat mensen met symptomen niet toch naar de sessie komen. En zodat je met een gerust hart een ticket kan kopen.

Ready for a big dose of self-care? Every month I organize a wonderful afternoon at the Reloadclub to fully reconnect with yourself.

At 1 pm we start with a breathwork session and afterward you can take a break in the sauna of the lovely Reloadclub.

During this breathwork session, you'll learn conscious connected breathing techniques to work with physical, mental, emotional and energetic blockages in the body. This will be a small circle of women (max. 8) so that there's enough space and time for everyone.

In this work we can get a clearer picture of where things feel stuck. Where we store frustration, sadness, powerlessness and worry. And through a mix of breathing techniques, movement, bodywork and vocal expression you will learn how to discharge tension from your body. How you can let all these emotions move through you and let go.

Sunday December 6 - 1-6 pm

We breathe in yoga attic of the Reload Club, a sauna and spa for women only in the east of Amsterdam. There is more than enough room to breathe (more than 1.5 meters). Classes are in English if there are participants who don't speak Dutch.

On Sunday parking is free.

Mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat. Please bring your own blankets!

I do not recommend participating in breathwork sessions if you are pregnant / have cardiovascular problems / have epilepsy or suffer from serious mental problems such as severe anxiety or psychosis. You will immediately receive a confirmation via Eventbrite and the evening before the event you will receive an email with important information about how to prepare for the breathwork session.

// Cancellations due to corona

Are you sick? If you cancel the session (even on the morning itself) via email (essa.bloem@gmail.com) you can exchange your ticket for another group session at the Reloadclub. OR you can exchange it for a private session with an additional payment of 10 euros.

I do this to prevent people with symptoms from coming to the session. And so that you can buy a ticket without hesitation.
