Come journal with us—first thing in the morning—for four weeks straight. Together, we’ll establish the habit of daily writing & get unstuck.

⭕️ The Morning Pages Circle is a journaling immersion for personal development. This is the space for you to build the habit of daily writing with the accountability of a like-minded community. Within this container, you’ll let go of your fear of the blank page and you’ll find a renewed sense of connection with yourself (and others). Consistent self-expression is a sure way to get unstuck and spark positive change in your life (space is limited to max 8 participants).


✍️ Morning pages are a practice coined by Julia Cameron in her book The Artist's Way. She describes them as "three pages of longhand, stream-of-consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning."

✨ I am Ana V. Martins, a writer, community weaver, and head of creative @amsterdive. I started writing my morning pages consistently in the middle of a cancer journey. You can read more about it here. This journaling practice has become a stepping stone in my life whenever I'm in need of direction and grounding.

We'll meet 5 days a week for a 30-minute Zoom session at 08:00 am CET where we'll write our pages together right before work (we’re NOT reading them aloud btw!) On Fridays, we'll extend the session for an extra 30 minutes for a discussion + questions. Every Friday you'll receive a Note of Encouragement which will address the questions that may have arisen during the week.
