Join me live online on Saturday, June 21, from 8:00–10:30 CET for a nourishing session of yoga, meditation, and pranayama.

Together, we’ll move, breathe, and rest—not to escape what’s present, but to meet it fully, with softness and awareness.
We often try to let go by pushing things away. But real release starts when we stop resisting and begin allowing—our thoughts, emotions, and the sensations in our bodies. This session invites you to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect with your natural state of ease.

In a world of quick fixes, there’s something powerful about dedicating 2.5 hours to your inner world. When you give yourself time and space, transformation happens—not through efforting, but through presence.

What to Expect:

  • 1 hour of pranayama – Harmonize your breath and calm your mind.
  • 1 hour of movement – A balanced yoga practice for strength, flow, and release.
  • 30 minutes of meditation – Cultivate stillness and deep relaxation.
