A 2-hour yoga and meditation practice to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body - through a balance of ease and gentle activation.We’ll move, breathe, and pause — noticing when we push, when we pull away, and gently exploring how to stay. Not through force, and not by switching off, but by finding a more intelligent way of moving - where the body can begin to soften, strengthen and reorganise from within.Not to fix anything, but to meet ourselves with a little more honesty and kindness. Along the way, we'll include moments of gentle strenghtening — supporting the body to feel stable, responsive, and strong.You may leave feeling more grounded, open, and at ease — while also sensing a deeper support and coordination within your body.A space to unwind, reconnect, and return to a sense of ease and aliveness that is already within you.Live on Zoom — recording available for all who registerWhat you’ll need: • A yoga mat • Cushions, blankets, or bolsters for support • Optional: blocks, eye pillow, warm socksSuitable for: All levels — especially supportive if you feel tired, overwhelmed, or in need of a gentle reset.Come as you are.
