In Spring, we move Mountains in Tzoumerka; a hidden gem of the Balkan Mountains in the North of Greece. An area of dramatic gorges, lush green forests and sharp peaks, dotted with ancient stone villages.
We will dive into ‘Mountain-Life´ together, which by itself provides tangible challenges, inviting new ways of thinking, feeling and doing together. As we self-organise into a community, we will be living to the rhythm of the mountain, where we will be discovering expansive and nourishing ways simply of being with ourselves and the natural surroundings, while co-existing and collaborating with each other.
The heart of this expedition is to explore the power of co-creation and collective intelligence - not in theory, but in practice. Not only in conversation; but working together and practicing collaboration, while living in nature. On this journey we will explore the question ‘“How can nature teach us collaboration?”
We invite you on this adventure, to connect with other people discovering the power of collective action, while taking your personal projects and aspirations to the next level. Explore 'Participatory Leadership' in practice, and put your dreams to work.
