You’ll learn how to approach difficult conversations - whether with a demanding boss or a challenging colleague - and transform these interactions into opportunities for stronger, more effective relationships. Join in for a fun, insightful, and interactive workshop session that will change the way you think about workplace communication.Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, is proud to present this workshop hosted by their alumnus, Eksteen de Waal. Over the past 20+ years, Eksteen has settled in the Netherlands, completed an MBA at RSM, worked at and with some of the largest Dutch companies, and started two companies of his own. He is currently the founder of Exponentially Me, a boutique consulting agency which helps leadership teams find the way forward out of conflict.Important note: Workshop seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You need to arrive at the workshop space 15 minutes early to ensure you get a seat.
