Welcome and introductions
New directions. Pivoting.
Managing change is part of the doctoral experience, and the ability to pivot is key. This session uses topics from the book The Mature Student's Guide to Completing a Doctorate. Attendees will explore the foundation of pivoting and articulate the why behind their actions and goals.

Our purpose is to tackle low completion rates among doctoral candidates, particularly those from underrepresented groups, who are self-funded or not working in education. You are welcome to join the community. Ways to get involved will be briefly mentioned in the session.
