Culture Starts with Communication
What does it really take to move across the world and build a successful business in a country that isn't your own?
This exclusive online live webcast brings together a diverse community of expats, migrants, and international creators who arrived in the Netherlands and decided to forge their own paths. Coming from different continents, industries, and cultural backgrounds, our speakers share a common drive to create, contribute, and connect in their new home.
Through candid conversation and powerful personal storytelling, we will explore the raw realities of what it means to step up as a solo freelancer or small business owner in the Netherlands (and worldwide, virtually).

🎙️ Featured Guest Speaker: Rossella Daví
In this episode, we are thrilled to feature Rossella Daví, owner of Going Expat and Going Entrepreneurs. Rossella will share her inspiring journey of living in three different countries and mastering four languages. Through conversation with us, she will walk us through how a big part of cultural integration centers on communication. Known for sharing the raw and strategic truths of migration, Rossella will discuss the immense benefits of learning local language to unlock a new culture. In her business ventures as an expat consultant, she helps others learn about what it means to migrate to the Netherlands. Though there are real and hard truths when making international moves, there can be beauty as a business owner and expat consultant, especially when you see those you help strive, overcome, and succeed with their integrations into new countries. There is even a sense of accomplishment when someone decides it is not time to make such a major life change.
