No Stress is a unique, hands-on training experience that combines professional insight with serious play.Led by social psychologist Peter Bruun, this workshop helps HR professionals, team leads, and facilitators understand the underlying mechanisms of stress and how to manage it for themselves and those around them.The workshop is delivered in two parts: a stress awareness seminar and a guided session with the serious board game Pro Active.<h3> </h3> <h3>What to Expect</h3><ul><li>Professional training from a social psychologist</li><li>Hands-on experience with the serious game Pro Active</li><li>Connect with like-minded professionals</li><li>Eligible for company training hours</li><li>Earn a stress management training certificate</li><li>Food and drinks included</li></ul>
