This is the combination of the 90-minutes Nude Yoga for Men class at 8pm, AND the 75-minutes Nude Massage Workshop for Men at 9:45pm. About the yoga class: In our weekly classes we come together for the experience of working with our body and breath in a vinyasa yoga class, in the company of like-minded men, enjoying the feeling of freedom that comes from nudity. What is vinyasa yoga? Vinyasa yoga is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Meaning in Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Through the use of ever changing sequences of asanas, we will prepare you for more advanced postures like arm balances, hip openers and back bends. The classes are for max. 25 students of all levels and ages. A basic level of fitness is recommended - we are going to sweat! If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. Otherwise, there are some yoga mats in the studio. You can shower at the studio before or after the class. Please bring a large towel as well to cover yourself in savasana, at the end of the practice. After the practice, there is space for socializing and connecting with each other, with a cup of tea. About the massage workshop: Let’s extend our evening with some sensuality and connect with other naked men before going to sleep. In this cozy after-yoga workshop you’ll be guided by Tijs through some exchanges of conscious touch and massage, finished by a warm cuddle-pool. 💆‍♂️ Let's see how our bodies can communicate through sensuality. This short monthly massage workshop after the yoga classes is a great opportunity for connection in stillness, for soothing your soul in the company of like-minded men. 👐🏼What will we do? We will express ourselves in different forms of touch, inspired by the monthly theme of the yoga class. Our touch will be nourishing, comforting and arousal is welcome, but without sexual or erotic intentions. We will do short massage rounds and there will be short instructions in-between. We will change partners all the time, so you will meet different bodies. We will touch each other with and without using massage oil, using different techniques. You don’t get forced into anything and all touch is based on consent. 👨🏾👨🏻‍🦰👩🏼‍🎤👨🏼‍🦳 For whom? This is a nude event, for all those identifying as men only. Prior experience with massaging is welcome but not necessary. Make sure to have your nails cut and take a shower before the class (you can do so at the studio). Please don't use perfume. All touch will be consensual. You will feel safe, comforted, connected and peaceful. About the teachers: Christian works as a GP, yoga teacher in ashtanga and vinyasa yoga, and masseur. He enjoys sharing his insights about and from yoga with others, in group classes and 1-on-1 settings. Besides teaching the practical aspects of yoga, he also likes to study and debate about yoga philosophy and its implications for our daily life.Henry began his yoga teaching journey more than 12 years ago in Los Angeles. After co-founding a yoga studio in Hollywood and running it for three years he decided to take his yoga offerings to Amsterdam. Over the past eight years, he has taught at many yoga studios around Amsterdam, as well as run retreats in Mexico and Spain. His classes are playful, challenging and light hearted. Henry offers 1-on-1 classes as well.Yogi-Saya works in HRD/Labour-Health Psychology, next to that he is a yacep teacher, yoga teacher in vinyasa, hatha, kundalini and nidra, and a certified masseur. He is creative and a professional experimentalist, his vision is: 'Don't think out of the box, there is no box'. The joy he gets from teaching is from smiles on the faces of others.Tijs is a life coach, mindfulness teacher and masseur, who is specialized in in-depth bodywork. He works with body awareness, loving attention, direct experience and tantra. He gives weekly workshops for playful discovery to connect with yourself and others.Mischa was a dancer for 20 years, before he became a yoga teacher. He likes to make his classes playful and challenging; stimulating strength, suppleness and physical awareness, in a way that is not competitive, so that each student can work at his own level. For Mischa, yoga is not primarily about improving or changing yourself. In deze gezellige after-yogaworkshop word je door Tijs begeleid door een aantal bewuste aanrakingen en massages, afgesloten met een warm knuffelbad. 💆‍♂️ Laten we kijken hoe ons lichaam kan communiceren door middel van sensualiteit. Deze korte maandelijkse massageworkshop na de yogalessen is een geweldige gelegenheid om in stilte verbinding te maken en je ziel te kalmeren in het gezelschap van gelijkgestemde mannen. 👐🏼Wat gaan we doen? Eerdere massage-ervaring is welkom, maar niet noodzakelijk. Zorg ervoor dat je korte nagels hebt, en douche voor de les (dit kan in de studio). Draag liever geen parfum. Alle aanrakingen zijn met wederzijdse toestemming. Je zult je veilig, comfortabel, verbonden en vredig voelen. 🙋‍♂️ Begeleiders Christian werkt als huisarts, yogaleraar in ashtanga en vinyasa yoga, en lichaamswerker. Hij deelt graag de yogapraktijk en zijn inzichten over en vanuit yoga met anderen, in groepslessen en één-op-één sessies. Naast het lesgeven in de praktische aspecten van yoga, bestudeert en bespreekt hij ook graag de yogafilosofie en de implicaties ervan voor ons dagelijks leven. Tijs is lifecoach, mindfulnessleraar en masseur, gespecialiseerd in diepgaand lichaamswerk. Hij werkt met lichaamsbewustzijn, liefdevolle aandacht, directe ervaring en tantra.
