About this event

The Om or Aum meditation is an Eastern sound meditation. The meditation has a harmonizing effect and brings you fully into the heart. A delightful resonance that connects you with the entire group.

It is a seated meditation of about 30 minutes, during which you make the sound OM at your own pace. You do this with your eyes closed, accompanied by music. We close the session with a brief message in the moment.

Practical: The meditation starts at 3:00 PM Please arrive 10 minutes before the start

It takes place in the meditation space of Werfeling, and there are a maximum of 10 spots available. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for a (paid) refreshment in our Oracle field.
