It has been practiced  for thousands of years. <h2>How does an online breathwork session work?</h2><p>The breathwork session is live facilitated and accessible to you from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a comfy space to lay down, phone or computer with an internet connection and a set of good speakers or headphones.</p><p>We will meditate, move and ofcourse breathe together. You will lay down and breathe for about 50 minutes. I use carefully curated music to bring you on powerful journeys into profound states of awareness using only sound and breath. </p><p> </p>

<h2>Preparation Instruction videos</h2><p>As soon as you have registered you will receive an instruction video. The topics addressed in these videos will not be covered during the online session. </p><ul><li>01: How to prepare for an online breathwork session?</li><li>02:  Introduction to the continuous breathing technique.</li><li>03: What could you experience during a breathwork session?</li></ul><p>Each video will take about 2-3 minutes to watch.</p>

<h2>About breathwork coach  Djeena</h2><p>Djeena is a breathwork trainer and energy worker. She is trained in Bali and started hosting breathwork sessions from 2017. She is madly in love with acroyoga and practices yoga for over 25 years. She creates a loving and safe environment and uses scents, shamanic music, and gentle touch to take you to the next level.
