How can you protect your abdominal muscles during pregnancy and prevent damage to your pelvic floor during delivery? This is one of Mother-in-Motion’s signature workshops!

The workshop is given in English (Questions can be asked in Dutch!), through video-conference-tool ZOOM. The workshop costs € 50,- and takes 2-3 hours.

Stephanie Leyh is a physical therapist, pelvic floor therapist and manual therapist. She teaches fitness and aerobics classes and is a respiratory specialist (capno trainer). She has over 20 years of experience in pre and postnatal training and therapy, preparing women for their delivery and ensuring a smooth and full recovery postnatal.

I am deeply convinced that with proper guidance and preparation, women do not have to experience any pain and should be able to feel fit during their pregnancy, that a delivery can go smoothly and that young mothers can then enjoy their newborn baby more. Moreover, no woman should accept incontinence after giving birth. It is my mission to make this message known everywhere."
