Event description
Online interactive session with experts Marco Vermeulen, Henk Jonkers and Pablo van der Lugt + the audience on circularity of materials.

About this Event

This session will focus on the reintroduction of new circular materials as core building materials. The example of wood demonstrates the reduction of carbon dioxide producing materials like concrete and steel while offering sustainable alternatives that also have an impact on our landscape.

Originally planned in March, the seminar has shifted into an online setting in which it is still possible to share knowledge and great ideas in a safe environment. Additionally, it provides us with the opportunity to present updated research and implementation of Marco Vermeulen at the seminar!

Register here for the free of charge moderated seminar session, the final session in a series of four organised with Visiting Professor Florian Boer. The session is open for everyone who is interested in the topic: students, staff and alumni. The session will be interactive between the audience, Florian, and the experts Marco, Henk and Pablo. The seminar series will be moderated by Reinout Kleinhans.

There are two ways of joining this seminar:

- Active participant : access to the Zoom meeting, with the possibility of taking part in the discussion [limited tickets available via this event on Eventbrite]. You will receive the Zoom link in the days prior to the event.
